Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

Crust:

2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Softened Butter
½ Cup of Sugar

Filling:

1½ Cups of Sugar
¼ Cup of Flour
4 Eggs
2 Lemons, Juiced

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2:
Mix ingredients for crust in a bowl until well combined
Step 3:
Press into a greased 9x13 pan
Step 3:
Bake until firm and golden brown, about 15 minutes
Step 4:
Whisk together filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the baked crust
Step 5:
Bake an additional 20 minutes
Step 6:
Set aside to cool completely, bars will firm as they cool
Step 7:
Cut into squares and eat
